How Much Does Coaching Cost?I want to be chosen because we are the right fit together and not based on the price. The cost is $100 per month with a minimum three (3) month commitment. Coaching is paid monthly in a subscription-based way via PayPal or Stripe.

What If I Don't Have Time?At the end of the day, we prioritize and make time for what is important to us. As a fitness coach, it is my job to design the program around your schedule and teach you how to implement it into your lifestyle. However, your goals can only be achieved if we are both doing what is required of us.
